Answers given:

1.     The Old Vail Post Office is 21' X 50', 1,050 square feet.

2.     Our budget estimate is $600,000. (The RFQ #2024-001scope of work is estimated to be $600,000.
The entire rehabilitation project budget is projected to be $750,000.)

3.     Timeline: 12-15 months.

4.     A pdf signature is acceptable.
